ux designer (contract)

Responsibilities
Design high-quality user experience workflows and interface screens using Figma for new automated pricing capabilities
Engage with business development teams and stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to understand business problems and goals
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within project constraints
Translate written requirements and documentation into effective, intuitive design solutions
Present and defend design work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with development teams to ensure design specifications are properly implemented
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to iterate on designs
Develop prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented designs and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
Proven experience designing user interfaces for technology companies
Portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and outcomes
Background in designing for complex data visualization or pricing systems is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related technical field
Expert proficiency in Figma with minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience
Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
Exceptional ability to comprehend and translate complex requirements into user-centered designs
Experience in software design and development processes
Professional UI development experience with focus on data-driven interfaces
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Advanced problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Understanding of user experience principles and best practices
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team connectivity
Preferred
Experience working with business planning or enterprise tools preferred
