Responsibilities
Market Ownership: Collaborate directly with senior leadership to select your niche and build a comprehensive go-to-market strategy
Entrepreneurial Growth: Spearhead business development and client acquisition, with the freedom to lead your way—whether that’s 100% remote or building a physical office in your local market (Austin, NYC, etc.)
Personal Branding: Work with a dedicated internal marketing team to become a recognized market expert through podcasts, networking events, and thought leadership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a billing manager or director in recruitment
Proven track record of scaling desks and winning enterprise accounts
Ability to maintain a high-performing personal desk while mentoring others
Drive to turn a new territory into a multi-million-dollar division
