Support a growing and dynamic litigation and internal investigations practice
Work closely with several attorneys on a variety of complex litigation matters
Make decisions regarding one’s own work approach and priorities
Effectively follow direction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal work experience, including substantial experience with antitrust matters or complex discovery
Demonstrated experience supporting litigated cases such as investigations, pleadings, discovery, settlements, and appeals
Effective interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and Lexis/Nexis
Excellent research and writing abilities
Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to manage multiple or competing priorities within designated time frames, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Experience in a corporate law, compliance department, or law firm setting
Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid insurance
Experience with PowerBI, NetDocuments and CounselLink
