Internal Logistics Engineer
Toyota North America is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Internal Logistics Engineer to support their Manufacturing Business Operations group. The primary responsibility of this role is to optimize the supply chain by balancing the requirements of various departments to develop efficient internal delivery processes.

Responsibilities
Lead cross functional internal logistics projects, while working with Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (TMNA) Engineering groups and North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMC) departments to troubleshoot and improve parts flow issues
Challenge and break down the ideal situation and current systems in pursuit of establishing the optimal business process to improve supply chain performance using efficient problem solving and countermeasure development
Develop and execute strategy to communize and consolidate supply chain data / KPI reflecting internal delivery, routing and returns handling performance to facilitate daily process management and problem solving
Collaborate directly with NAMC departments and Pilot Engineers to confirm process requirements, equipment & infrastructure development and system compliance requirements
Supporting and leading installation of Internal Logistics equipment, both automated and manual delivery
Support NAPSC activity (training and testing)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent professional work experience
Microsoft Excel/Project/Planner experience
Experience in Solidworks, Catia, Inventor, or AutoCAD
AutoCAD Layout Design experience
Project Management experience
Experience in Automation / Innovation Projects Installation
Willingness to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally
Work Authorization: Green Card, US Citizen
