Responsibilities

Handle 175–300 calls per day during Day Shift and 150–200 calls during Second Shift
Manage general calls regarding plumbing issues, doctor appointments, and other inquiries
Dispatch calls via radio and manage alert calls
Monitor medical support and emergency calls
Route calls appropriately and multitask effectively

Must be a quick thinker, able to handle unique or challenging situations on calls
Should be able to think quickly and adapt during calls
Must know how to route calls appropriately
