Responsibilities
Prepare and submit insurance and investment paperwork and assist with new account openings, transfers, and transactions, as well as tracking each through completion
Assist with the continuous development and implementation of our client service model
Enhance relationships with clients and prospects through your positive presence and through appropriate documentation in our CRM
Respond to routine client service issues and requests
Champion, train and implement technology
Provide administrative support to the team as needed schedule appointments, answer and screen calls, compose and proofread correspondence and other written materials
Coordinate with firm support staff/specialists as necessary
Qualification
Required

Experience establishing and maintaining systems for measuring activity

Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Outlook, and Excel
Highly accurate typing, data entry, spelling, and proofreading skills
