Responsibilities
Analyze trends and create solutions to ensure that customer service needs are met, business goals and objectives are met or exceeded, and the program(s) remains in compliance
Provide recommendations to management to ensure that productivity goals are met while containing costs. Implement models utilizing existing tools. Create reports used to educate and assist site management
Analyze operational processes, including reviewing, creating, and improving policies, procedures, systems, forms, and reports
Identify and analyze data with the goal of providing actionable information to internal stakeholders and to inform client facing reporting and other communications
Identify opportunities within the operation for efficiency gains, enhanced client relations, cost savings, etc
Document issues and performance measures for management review, and provide information to assist in the feedback and formal education process of employees
Develop processes to build operational policies, procedures, and/or user guides
Develop processes to conduct business process improvement projects within a single site or across a single business line
Analyze existing forms and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods. Install new systems and procedures in various departments and instructs personnel regarding them. Support operations leaders in unblocking issues and managing critical tasks from contributing departments
Act as a liaison between Operations and technical resources
Assist leadership & marketing with deep-dive analysis, including cost‑to‑close analytics
Demonstrated ability to support and maintain MaxOutreach software
4+ years of demonstrated experience on the Tax Credit and Employer Services (TCES) program
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years of experience within the Tax Credit and Employer Services (TCES) program
Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to tailor messaging to a variety of audiences
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to support and maintain MaxOutreach software
4+ years of demonstrated experience on the Tax Credit and Employer Services (TCES) program
Preferred
Knowledge of Icertis to support operational and compliance activities
Proven ability to work effectively within Salesforce
