Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and manage program activities for the transition initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation and stakeholder adoption
Maintain program governance frameworks, track risks, and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with global teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, leveraging technology and AI tools where appropriate
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and industry best practices

Required

6+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, operating within a complex, global corporate real estate or corporate services environment
Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives
Mastery of document, spreadsheet, and presentation software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, SmartSheets, Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to create compelling, leadership-level content and communications, organize and visualize information, and demonstrate a proven capacity to independently learn and enhance skills with familiar tools
Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and generate insights. Understanding of prompt engineering and creative thinking to harness AI capabilities for personal and client efficiencies
A proactive and confident self-starter with exceptional flexibility. Ability to thrive, adapt quickly, and deliver results in fast-paced and unstructured environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence a diverse set of senior stakeholders across multiple functions and global regions
Candidate must be based in, and legally authorized to work in, either the Greater London or the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation is not required/provided

Preferred

PMP, APM, RICS, 3PMO, MSP, or equivalent project/program management certification
Change management certification (e.g. CCMP, Prosci)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
An advanced understanding of AI tools, creating agents, or coding would be a benefit
Master's degree in a relevant field
