Responsibilities
Lead the full revenue and AR lifecycle, from capture to reconciliation to reporting
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cash application, and collections
Monitor AR aging, working capital, and internal controls, taking proactive action as needed
Design and maintain reporting tools, processes, and documentation to support consistency and audit readiness
Provide direct leadership and operational direction to your team, setting expectations, coaching, and fostering cross-training
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer service
Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, including Stores, Finance, IT, Treasury, Pharmacy, and Operations
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, or revenue cycle operations
2+ years of experience in a team lead, working supervisor, or similar hands-on leadership role with direct reports
Experience supporting high-volume, transaction-intensive environments, preferably in retail, grocery, pharmacy, or multi-unit operations
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end revenue and AR processes, including reconciliations, cash application, collections, and reporting
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Stores, IT, Treasury, and Finance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
