Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality processes and procedures
Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed
Determine root cause for products or services that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action
Write inspection procedures and assist in reviewing and evaluating rejected material and/or workmanship and determine proper dispositions
Analyze quality performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas
Perform internal ISO9001 audits
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to obtain US Clearance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant Quality engineering experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related Quality engineering experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Quality engineering experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to obtain US Clearance
Preferred
Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN
Experience with ISO9001, including internal auditing
