Research Assistant
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Research Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team at their College of Medicine. The role involves conducting research to prevent fall injuries among older individuals through patient enrollment, data collection, and interaction with study subjects.

Responsibilities
Screen, consent, and enroll subjects into the study
Obtain and enter medical record information into a database and conduct telephone interviews with clinical subjects
Participate in home visits with subjects within 30 minutes of Delray Medical Center
These duties occur onsite in an emergency department and occur 7 days a week during the hours of 9 a.m.- 11 p.m
Generate, update, and maintain study data, documentation, and reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required
Personal transportation is required
Selected candidates must successfully complete and pass all employment screenings prior to the start of employment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
Excellent Communication And Computer Skills Are Preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole is preferred
