Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries
Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations leveraging Blackline
Preparing monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP aligning to Company policy and timelines
Taking a lead role in the Company’s annual external audit
Coordinating tasks related to M&A activity prior to and after the transaction date
Maintaining chart of accounts and ensuring accounts/cost centers are used appropriately including intercompany accounts
Producing, analyzing, and distributing financial reports for management as needed
Leading and driving continuous improvements across the accounting and financial processes across all ERPs
Organizing, delegating and managing workflow, ensuring tasks and projects are correctly prioritized and completed timely and accurately
Qualification
Required
Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
Bachelor's degree in accounting, plus 5-7 years accounting experience
Manager or supervisor experience leading all aspects for a team
High proficiency in SAP and Excel
Strong knowledge of GAAP and impacts of transactions executed in foreign currencies
Solid management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
Preferred
CPA with public accounting & private experience (manufacturing/CPG) preferred
Experience with Concur and Blackline preferred
