Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycles spanning IT, Security, Software Dev, Customer Service, and Training teams
Build and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and RAID logs; ensure on-time, on-scope, on-cost delivery
Drive requirement sessions, negotiate scope changes, and resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance to manage contracts, billing, and compliance obligations
Identify cost-saving and revenue-upside opportunities; present value-added service recommendations
Mentor junior PMs and serve as escalation point for sizing, estimation, and risk mitigation
Track audit deliverables, sign-offs, and regulatory documentation through to closure
Qualification
Required
4+ years of proven project management, including at least one post-merger or company integration
PMP or equivalent certification
Demonstrated ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
History of managing budgets >$1M and distributed teams across multiple time zones
Exceptional organizational and follow-up discipline; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
Solid command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Proficiency with collaboration and PMO tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
M&A/integration experience strongly preferred
Experience in payments, fintech, or highly regulated environments a plus
