Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and repair building mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing)
Respond to emergency and contract-related situations while on call
Collaborate effectively with a wide variety of individuals, including those with disabilities
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly in both written and oral formats
Ensure compliance with safety standards and federal security clearance requirements

Required

HVAC Refrigerant License (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC licensed technician
At least 3 years of experience in facilities of similar size, scope, and complexity

Excellent written, oral, and computer literacy skills
Valid driver's license with a strong safety record
Ability to pass security clearance administered through the National Archives and Records Administration
