Responsibilities
Prepare complex L&E legal documents, discovery materials, wage and hour analyses, and trial preparation deliverables
Maintain case organization, calendaring, docketing, and compliance with procedural deadlines
Conduct mid‑level legal research, cite checks, proofreading, and review of federal/state filings
Support discovery efforts including drafting shell discovery, coordinating document collections, reviewing documents, and preparing privilege logs
Manage subpoenas, personnel record compilations, deposition preparation, exhibits, transcript databases, and witness coordination
Provide on‑site trial support (including out‑of‑state travel) and assist with appellate filings and post‑matter close‑out requirements
Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues to anticipate client needs and ensure consistent, high‑quality case support
Qualification
Required
Experience as a paralegal in Labor & Employment litigation
Ability to independently manage complex tasks
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality legal work product
Experience in preparing complex L&E legal documents
Experience in maintaining case organization, calendaring, and compliance with procedural deadlines
Ability to conduct mid-level legal research, cite checks, proofreading, and review of federal/state filings
Experience supporting discovery efforts including drafting shell discovery and coordinating document collections
Ability to manage subpoenas, personnel record compilations, deposition preparation, exhibits, transcript databases, and witness coordination
Willingness to provide on-site trial support, including out-of-state travel
Ability to assist with appellate filings and post-matter close-out requirements
Strong collaboration skills to work with attorneys and colleagues
