Rochester Public Schools is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide reception services and administrative support. The role involves general office work, data entry, scheduling, and customer support, along with various administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
General office work such as accounting, training scheduling, 10 year plan work, other computer program work
Work order assignment and routing as well as purchase order/invoice receiving
Data entry and recordkeeping
Scheduling vendor work for inspections and repairs
Ordering supplies for the office
Customer support (emails, phone calls, & walk-ins)
Review written plans and other department documents
Traveling the district as needed for inspections and other tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Business Administration or similar
Two years of applicable experience, preferably in administration or accounting
Advanced computer skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint plus Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms
Valid Driver's license and insurable with District insurance company
Preferred
Knowledge of best practices in office management
Communicating for business purposes – primarily written but also verbal
Working independently and finding solutions to problems
Applying good judgment to common and uncommon business problems
Preparing professional communications/presentations with technology
Using computer software common in the business office setting – Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint plus Google Drive platform programs
Integrating charts and tables into presentations and manipulating data in Excel/Sheets
Scheduling for other employees' calendars in Gmail
