Responsibilities

Aggressively drive new business growth by expanding product adoption, winning new programs, and building incremental merchandising solutions. Meet monthly KPI for new business acquisitions
Acquire, grow, and manage multi-store service contracts with national and regional accounts by creating and maintaining a cadence appropriate for each customer
Achieve and exceed KPIs tied to revenue growth, Did Buys, Program Adoption, and Points of Distribution, and Activities (Calls/Emails/Meetings), using clear performance metrics to guide strategy and execution
Utilize the Novelty-dedicated CRM to manage pipeline, execute calls, meetings, & emails
Develop account-specific forecasts & growth plans that align with KPI expectations by identifying retail strategies & tactics required to hit quarterly and annual targets
Sell the power of our turnkey DSD system, leveraging stocking, rotation, and full in-store execution
Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews both internal and external, prepare & deliver Mid-Month results to determine need to change course of action to achieve results
Lead high-impact pitches, category reviews, and executive-level presentations
Partner with sales operations, field teams, marketing, and supply chain to ensure flawless execution
Identify whitespace opportunities and demonstrate how Novelty Inc. elevates performance in any retail environment

Required

Experienced (2+ years) in key account management within CPG, DSD, retail services, or multi-channel retail
Skilled at selling into multiple retail channels and tailoring value propositions accordingly
Motivated by growth—Did Buys, distribution expansion, and total program performance
CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot
Comfortable delivering business plans & results in live and virtual meetings
Confident in presenting, pitching, influencing, and owning the full sales cycle
Strategic, data-driven, and persistent in building long-term value with major accounts
