Ford Racing Program Analyst
Ford Motor Company is a global leader in automotive manufacturing, and they are seeking an experienced engineer to join the Ford Racing Team as a Program Management Analyst. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business case assessments, manage program timelines, and lead vehicle build events from prototype to production.

Responsibilities
Interact and collaborate with a cross-functional team that include Product & Powertrain Planning / Strategy, Engineering, Marketing, Global Design, and Finance to develop business case assessments and recommendations for future product content
Drive target setting for all vehicle attributes and development of all features / content required to ensure a successful Program Start milestone approval
Provide key support for performance product prioritization and Interface with engineering to define/refine content details
Manage a program’s timing and health
Manage engineering changes
Lead weekly Program Steering Team (PST) and equivalent program-led meetings (e.g. Engineering Matters Meeting, Major Matters, Change Control)
Manage Sourcing (parts and tool orders)
Lead Appearance Approval Forum
Manage Studio workstreams/milestones for a program
Lead Color Harmony & Appearance Approval Report (AAR) Process
Lead vehicle build events from prototype to production (TPV - MP1/OKTB)
Manage Change Control and Alert processes to identify/implement ICAs and PCAs
Support product launch Hard Rocks forums representing Ford Racing
Drive swift, robust issue resolution as identified in Whiteboard, AIMS and VOCF reviews
Ensure robust APQP & Champion/Priority-Supplier process
Support and disposition Product Development related concerns in Open To Go (OTG) meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
3+ years of experience in Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Vehicle or Design & Release Engineer
3+ years of experience leading projects
Preferred
Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience with prototype builds as well as launch experience within LQOS framework
Understanding of systems engineering and experience managing supplier deliverables
Tier 2 Driver Certification (training available if not already Tier 2)
High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to 'get the job done'
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with GPDS and LQOS, including thorough understanding of vehicle program milestone deliverables and process approach to the business
Familiarity with Ford PD systems like WERS, AIMS, PDL inputs (MFAL / part structure including Color & Material), Alert, Open To Go, TeamCenter
