Responsibilities

Publish, update, and maintain web content, layouts, and assets across corporate and regional websites
Execute a variety of web production tasks, including creating landing pages, updating navigational elements, editing copy, managing images, and uploading documents
Use AI-powered tools to support content editing, metadata creation and SEO optimization, as well as ensuring content meets brand, user experience, and accessibility standards
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of published content, making adjustments as needed to enhance the user experience
Act as a resource for internal teams, providing guidance and training on CMS capabilities, workflows, AI-assisted features and best practices
Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and resources to streamline content publishing processes and empower teams to work efficiently
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to support digital initiatives and provide data-driven, strategic counsel to ensure alignment with business goals
Identify opportunities to improve publishing workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies – specifically but not limited to AI, and best practices in web publishing, UX, and digital marketing
Contribute to the evolution of digital operations by sharing insights and recommendations for improving content delivery and user experience

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and web publishing within a CMS environment
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (especially headless)
Experience with Open Source CMS: Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc
Experience with Enterprise CMS: SDL Tridion, Adobe AEM, SiteCore, Contentstack, etc
Knowledge of SEO/GEO principles and their application in digital content
Experience with project/work management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA)
Experience using AI-assisted content creation, editing, or QA tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly Business)
Understanding of web analytics tools and their role in optimizing content performance
Competency in JavaScript/jQuery and basic scripting for web enhancements
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and UX best practices
Basic image editing and asset preparation using tools like Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) – asset lifecycle and tagging
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a minimum of 1-3 years of combined education, training, and relevant experience in web publishing, digital marketing, or related discipline
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
