Supports and facilitates financial aid processes including scholarships, grants and student loans
Maintain accurate student financial aid records
Stay up-to-date with TCSG operations, policies, and federal/state financial aid regulations
Maintain and support a positive and productive team environment
Contribute to overall team success through effective collaboration
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of work-related experience or Microsoft Office Application Professional Certificate and one (1) year of work-related experience
Preferred
An Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, with emphasis in business, education, or a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in education, business or a related industry
Experience working with the BANNER Student Information System
Two or more years of direct financial aid experience
Experience with federal regulations
Direct Loans and verification experience
