Responsibilities
Acquire the knowledge and expertise of specific benefit and retirement plans for existing and new client engagements
Conduct and/or participate in Financial Planning Line training (including engagement-specific training)
Assist with new client engagements
Facilitate Financial Planning Line’s communications
Provide ample assistance to team members by sharing knowledge to develop and enhance service delivery
Work on multiple and challenging financial counseling engagements that serve clients' overall financial needs
Provide quality financial planning, primarily over the phone, which leads to long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required in a related field, supported by tax or financial planning experience
Valid CFP, CFA, CPA or active state bar membership preferred
Series 65 (or the ability to obtain within a reasonably mandated period of time)
Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Commitment to learning in a tax technology environment and proficient knowledge of automated tax processing systems and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment
Preferred
Retirement or Financial Planning background with a Series 65 license or CFP
Experience in a call-center environment
