Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief People Officer, Chief HR Officer, Chief Learning Officer and Service Line Leadership to identify the needs and gaps for leadership skills and capabilities at the Firm
Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and leverage influencing capabilities to implement cohesive and holistic leadership development programs, courses and learning paths that are scalable across the globe
Assess the skills and capabilities of Manager - Partner in the Firm based on transformation goals and the skills and capabilities to drive the growth strategy
Project manage the design and implementation of a variety of leadership training initiatives, from micro learning approaches to large-scale in-person events
Leveraging the principles of adult learning, design and deliver non-technical training throughout the Firm using a variety of learning formats and tools, e.g., instructor-led physical and virtual classes, self-paced and blended learning
Define, measure and communicate the impact of leadership programs on the business goals of the Firm
Serve as project lead in content development through effective collaboration with subject matter experts, providing required documentation for pre and post program measurement and files
Facilitate other learning related projects as requested
Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects
Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines

Required

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education or a related field required
You have 8+ years of experience with various aspects of communication, adult learning, facilitation of processes, coordination of events and course development preferred
You have specialized knowledge of needs assessment and course design and development
You have exceptional project management skills including problem solving, the ability to influence others and the desire to work on a team
You have technical writing skills for developing course content according to Firm standards
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You can work independently with minimal supervision
You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities
You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
