Responsibilities
Lead and own the design goal for medium and product areas, establishing and evolving the patterns, frameworks, and standards that enable the design team to scale effectively
Drive design strategy and alignment across multiple teams and functions and influence product roadmaps
Act as a core partner to the project stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, and Research, translating user needs and business goals into a cohesive product goal
Articulate a compelling product goal through a range of artifacts, including storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, to effectively gain buy-in and communicate user flows and interaction models
Advocate user-centered design methodologies, defining and leading research and usability efforts to ensure product solutions are validated, accessible, and meet a high standard of quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization
2 years of experience leading design projects
Experience in enterprise product design, especially in advertising
Experience in AI related features in a business setting
