Responsibilities

Supporting the development of automated test equipment and manufacturing test planning
Preparing test procedures from engineering data and conducting detailed failure analysis
Evaluating electrical test results and developing root‑cause and corrective/preventative actions
Utilizing statistical data analysis for trend analysis and performing test‑anomaly troubleshooting and fault resolution
Interpreting engineering data and supporting electro‑mechanical integration

Required

Bachelor or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Technology degree from an accredited college
Familiar with Test & Troubleshooting of Electronic Circuits
Must be able to work all schedules / shifts (first shift, night shift, and weekend schedule)
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
Ability to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations

Preferred

Ability to (1) read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications / schematics; (2) basic understanding of electronic circuits; (3) use electronic test equipment (Digital Multimeter, Digital Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Frequency Counter, and/or Network Analyzer)
Strong hands-on assembly / disassembly / troubleshooting skills of mechanical, electrical, industrial and/or home equipment and products
Previous experience with programming languages C, C++, C#, National Instrument's Lab-View Lab-Windows CVI and Test-Stand software with hardware component integration is very desirable
Knowledgeable of General Manufacturing Processes with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
