Responsibilities
Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as directed by site leadership, including but not limited to:
Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
Building and equipment repair
Troubleshooting complex maintenance and operational issues
Coordinating and working with contractors and vendors
Maintaining life safety systems
Performing preventive maintenance routines
Completing daily work orders and responding to customer requests
Painting and apartment turns
Snow removal and pool care (as applicable)
Supporting special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience in commercial or residential building maintenance
Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions and work under supervision
Relate well and provide a professional image and services to all customers
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
Must be able to participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation consisting of one week on-call at a frequency depending on the size of the on-call group
