Responsibilities
Execute a wide range of digital projects which may include site banners, emails, display ads, PDP pages, SEO pages, and/or packaging design
Collaborate closely with the Creative VP on digital asset production, from project kickoff to completion. This may encompass photoshoot concepting, concept presentation and sign-off, pre and post-production, final artwork, and finished asset delivery
Conduct light-color retouching and image resizing on visual assets
Drive digital creative strategies and ensure consistent application of brand standards for all digital assets in alignment with overarching campaign visuals
Manage multiple projects and closely adhere to digital production project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery
Deliver experienced and effective creative presentations, including to senior members of staff
Demonstrate an enthusiasm for the agile nature of business needs
Qualification
Required
Self-starter with 1-4 years of experience in digital and/or packaging design with a retail/eCommerce focus
Prior experience in either a creative agency or in-house design team
Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices
Ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently against tight deadlines
Keen eye for clean design and ability to execute tactical direction efficiently
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and presentation design (Powerpoint)
Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges with strong cross-department communication skills
Ability to work independently on assignments quickly and with efficiency and organization
Preferred
Preferably from a beauty or retail background
Sketch app and/or video editing skills
