Responsibilities

Assist senior executives with Lendistry’s capital markets strategy, including warehouse lending, equity securities, corporate finance initiatives, and government program funding
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Credit teams to support cross-functional collaboration and execution of capital markets initiatives
Support the Senior Finance Team in managing day-to-day relationships with capital markets providers, including warehouse lenders and permanent funding partners
Assist with managing credit ratings and maintaining relationships with credit rating agencies for Lendistry and its product offerings
Support the development and implementation of securitization processes across multiple product lines
Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential credit instruments, including debt facilities, preferred equity, and other financing structures
Assist senior team members in evaluating and executing financing opportunities and strategic transactions
Develop, maintain, and update financial models to assess risk, returns, and corporate finance needs
Monitor and report on market trends, company performance, and key credit and liquidity metrics
Participate in investment committee meetings by preparing analysis and contributing insights to support decision-making
Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory developments impacting the capital and credit markets
Maintain organized records and ensure information is updated accurately across systems

Required

You are currently enrolled as a full-time student at a four-year college
Your major is related to Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
You can commit to an 8- or 10-week internship
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, analytical environment
You have strong quantitative, organizational, and communication skills
You're local to Los Angeles, CA and available to work onsite, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
