This role provides the structure and coordination needed to connect business priorities, technology strategy, stakeholder priorities, and operational execution
Program manager will orchestrate the entire transformation, guiding the team through vendor selection, building consensus, defining KPIs, and aligning resources and deliverables to organizational goals
A dedicated Program Manager will ensure that crucial steps – like stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-team alignment do not fall through the cracks, hence preventing delays, miscommunication, and strategic drift
The Program manager will ensure that all efforts are measured and tracked, creating accountability and transparency during the critical ramp-up phase
The Program/Project manager role is essential for establishing a centralized QA group that serves a broad, cross-functional ecosystem within the organization
