They are seeking a Graduate Engineer I to join their Water Resources team in Austin, TX, where the candidate will support project teams in designing and analyzing water resources projects, conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and assist in developing master drainage plans.

Responsibilities
Support project teams in the design and analysis of water resources design projects
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis
Assist in the development of master drainage plans
Prepare and review engineering documents and reports
Prepare and review plans, specification and bid documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Qualification
Required
0-3 years in water resources/public works
Resume projects should attempt to demonstrate experience in channels design, storm drain analysis and design, watershed modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and master drainage planning
New grads are encouraged to apply
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering Degree
Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or plan on obtaining before start date
Have a current Texas EIT license
Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS Pro
Familiarity with XP-SWMM, InfoWorks ICM
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on quality, integrity and success
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
