Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
Manages the full cycle of the payroll in the country, including management of payroll software
Prepares for and attends finance audits on topics related to the area of expertise
Responds to payroll-related queries in the country
Assists with periodic reporting to local tax authorities and with subcontractor timesheets and invoices
Supports the Country Manager with aligning the total compensation and benefits package to PSI strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
3-5 years minimum experience in payroll administration required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance
Ability to discuss payroll tax concepts and processes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear and effective communicator with employees and internal teams
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience processing payroll in a large organization strongly preferred
Experience with payroll systems such as Workday and/or Paycom preferred
