Responsibilities
Lead and develop a 16-person field sales team covering the state of Florida
Guide your team through transformation and influence strategy at a high level
Be backed by extensive support from Strategic Accounts, BDRs, and national programs
Qualification
Required
Must have managed a team of sales reps; ideally in the automotive and/or industrial space
Must have proven leadership experience —we are looking for a true sales leader, not just an individual contributor
Candidates should be comfortable coaching, developing, and motivating a team rather than focusing on personal production
Must understand how to coach, develop, and build successful sales teams while driving performance
Preferred
Preference for candidates from within the MRO or industrial distribution industry
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
