Joint Training PM
The Garrett Group is a company dedicated to supporting critical defense missions through collaboration and excellence. They are seeking a Joint Training Program Manager to enhance command readiness and mission performance through joint exercises and training programs, while managing training databases and information systems.

Responsibilities
Support mission area training activities and administer joint training databases
Serve as the Command's subject matter expert for training database systems, maintaining currency with vendor products and acting as the organizational interface for database issue resolution and system management
Manage and maintain training database content, including but not limited to:
Courses and course offerings
Registrations and enrollments
Learner and instructor records
Transcripts and certifications
Competencies and learning resources
Development plans and continuing education records
Catalogs, curricula, subjects, and online content
Management workflows, approvals, and other administrative functions
Maintain, secure, archive, and reproduce historical student and instructor training records and data in accordance with applicable policies and security requirements
Plan, prepare, update, and execute Command-integrated mission and joint operations training events, including:
Onboarding Mission Training sessions
Nuclear Commanders' Course
Striker/Trident Orientation
Joint force orientation visits to USSTRATCOM
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management and instructional design, including lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using established pedagogical methodologies
Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance is required
