Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and replacement services across EPA RTP facilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, equipment, and associated infrastructure
Support preventive maintenance inspections and corrective maintenance activities
Perform troubleshooting and repairs to electrical distribution systems and components
Ensure all work complies with applicable federal, state, and local codes and contract requirements
Coordinate work with site management, Quality Control personnel, and Government representatives as required
Document work performed in accordance with contract reporting and recordkeeping requirements
Support task order execution and service call response activities
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all applicable safety requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing electrical services in commercial facilities
Unlimited State of North Carolina Electrical Contractor's license
Demonstrated experience working on electrical systems in large or complex facilities
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain access to EPA facilities
Must be authorized to work in the United States
