Inside Sales Representative
Restaurant Furniture Plus is a growing eCommerce and project-based supplier specializing in commercial restaurant furniture. The Inside Sales Representative role involves managing inbound B2B inquiries, building quotes and proposals for commercial projects, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
Managing inbound B2B inquiries via email, phone, and web
Working with customers on chairs, barstools, tables, booths, and indoor/outdoor collections
Building quotes and proposals for commercial and multi-unit projects
Owning opportunities from first contact through order placement
Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process
Coordinating internally to ensure accurate orders and smooth fulfillment
Qualification
Required
Inside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
Comfort with larger-ticket, project-based orders
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
Preferred
Experience in restaurant furniture, hospitality, or commercial interiors
Experience working in a CRM or ERP system (NetSuite experience is a plus; Shopify familiarity is helpful)
