Familiarity with ticketing system tools like Jira or ServiceNow to manage requests across program increments, sprints, and help desk support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Conga certified with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within Conga CLM
Experience supporting complex configuration and Apex coding as part of a live, enterprise CLM system
Deep understanding of contract lifecycle processes and enterprise legal operations
