Structures Technician I, Second Shift
Relativity Space is building rockets to meet today's needs and tomorrow's breakthroughs. The Structures Technician I will be responsible for drilling holes on flight hardware, assembling hardware using structural adhesives, and performing in-process inspections while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
Responsible for drilling holes on flight hardware using appropriate tooling/jigs; working from holes with wider tolerance bands to tighter tolerance bands
Responsible for assembling hardware using structural adhesives, properly torquing fasteners, or installing inserts
Perform in process inspections using hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
Perform blending or deburr operations using appropriate hand or power tools
Uphold high Relativity Space standards regarding safety and shop cleanliness
Foster and inclusive environment for all members of the team
Qualification
Required
1+ years of general fabrication or assembly experience or trade school degree
Proficient in the use of common hand tools and inspection tools
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or other team communication tools such as Slack (or equivalent)
Preferred
A&P certified
Experience in precision drilling
Previous aerospace experience
Experience with reading drawing or blueprints
