Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Implement and support Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning
Configure enrollment profiles, ESP, deployment profiles, and device groups
Troubleshoot Autopilot provisioning, ESP failures, and enrollment issues
Configure compliance policies , configuration profiles , and security baselines
Implement endpoint protection policies (Defender, BitLocker, Firewall, ASR rules)
Ensure devices meet security and compliance standards
Support vulnerability remediation and patching activities
Package and deploy applications (Win32, MSI, Store apps) via Intune
Configure Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and feature update rings
Support third-party application deployments and updates
Support SCCM / MECM to Intune (Co-Management) environments
Assist with device migration from on-prem management to cloud-based management
Integrate Intune with Azure AD / Entra ID , Conditional Access, and Defender
Provide L2/L3 support for Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint-related issues
Analyze logs (IME, Autopilot, Event Viewer) to resolve complex issues
Work closely with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and deployment guides
Participate in change management and CAB meetings
Ensure adherence to operational standards and SLAs

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Solid understanding of Modern Device Management (MDM/MAM) concepts
Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device identities
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture and troubleshooting
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
Familiarity with SCCM/MECM, Co-Management, and endpoint migration
Understanding of endpoint security best practices

Preferred

Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104 – preferred)
Experience in large enterprise or global environments
Exposure to Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Security stack
