Designing and developing AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve specific problems
Collaborating to preprocess and analyze large datasets
Implementing machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks
Fine-tuning AI models for improved performance and accuracy
Documenting code, algorithms, and processes for future references
Documentation must include all information necessary for someone else to assume the maintenance
Integrating AI models into production systems
Staying up-to-date with the latest AI technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related subject
8+ years of experience in Software Development roles
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with testing and debugging processes
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust
Preferred
Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in Microsoft Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience working in environments of various classifications
Experience in government contracting environment
