Mid LevelJETSET Pilates is dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community within their studio. The Community Lead will focus on developing brand awareness and supporting local marketing initiatives to attract new clients and elevate the studio's presence in the community.

Responsibilities
Facilitate and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and development
Support local marketing initiatives to attract new clients
Elevate the studio's presence in the Alpharetta community
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Weekly Small Initiatives (4× per month minimum): Timeframes designated for table setups, such as: Local vendor appreciation events, Table setups at coffee shops, Day spas, Local eateries, Apartment complexes, Colleges, Other high-traffic areas
Monthly Large Initiatives (2× per month minimum): Events on a designated date and time, such as: Local 5K races, Farmers markets, Street fairs and festivals, Workshops and demonstrations, JETSET on the Mat
Partnerships allow for a group of potential leads on a recurring basis outside of standalone events. The partner should always be communicating offers and exclusive benefits to their employees, residents, or clients
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership skills
Excellent networking abilities
Hands-on engagement experience
Experience in local marketing initiatives
Ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Experience in facilitating and implementing strategies for increasing brand awareness
Ability to support local marketing initiatives to attract new clients
Experience in elevating a studio's presence in the community
Ability to organize and manage weekly small initiatives and monthly large initiatives
