Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all stages of case preparation
Answering discovery with clients
Drafting petitions at the State and Federal levels
Reviewing legal documents
Preparing pleadings
Assisting with motions
Managing case files
Ensuring compliance with deadlines
Maintaining strong attention to detail in all tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal forms
Proficiency in Document Review, including analyzing legal documents for accuracy and compliance
Knowledge in preparing Pleadings and Motions with a thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with a team and work efficiently under deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
Relevant experience in a law firm or legal department is a strong advantage
