The role involves designing scalable architectures, acting as a client-facing expert, and ensuring technical quality and team efficiency in major client deployments.

Responsibilities
Lead the team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Monitor and measure engineering efficiency, escalate the problems
Identify and address issues within the team and development processes, implementing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency
Work close with our client, understanding requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the development process and outcomes
Design and develop architectural solutions for new features and products, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices
Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations of architectural designs and solutions to clients and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years of experience as Software Developer
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in software development
Experience with banking or fintech projects
Experience in solution design for complex microservice-based architectures
Understand the big picture and offer insightful advice about technologies and projects
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve team conflicts effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles
Proficiency in designing and implementing software architectures
Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI)
Professional .NET backend development experience
Experience writing and using REST APIs using ASP.NET Web API
Wide experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required
Databases: SQL, NoSQL. Experience with queue (Rabbit, Kafka)
English level - B2
Preferred
Cloud: AWS
Solid experience in presale engagement
Experience in working with grpc protocol
