Responsibilities
Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar (including evenings and weekends) for team of Field Marketers in assigned territory
Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Marketers and create accountability through established marketing goals and KPIs
Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations
Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager and collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence
Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI
Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of management experience in field canvassing
Experience in customer service and/or sales
Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff
Knowledge of best practices and new strategies for canvassing
Ability to work outside in varying climates
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
Strong multitasking, accountability, communication, and problem-solving skills
Previous door-to-door canvassing experience
Home improvement knowledge and/or experience
