Responsibilities

Creative Stewardship - Partner with the Senior Creative Leader to evolve the Experience Studio’s voice across all platforms
Campaign Architecture - Lead the narrative direction and copy execution for the Client Experiences full-funnel marketing remit
Messaging Strategy -Design and implement comprehensive messaging hierarchies that guide the consumer journey
Client House Voice - Define the editorial identity of our physical locations, from environmental storytelling to onsite programming
Narrative Presentation - Champion creative concepts to stakeholders, aligning business objectives with creative excellence
Content Production - Direct the narrative for photoshoots and video captures, ensuring assets drive the marketing strategy
Studio Direction - Drive projects through a mix of hands-on execution and high-level direction of agency partners
Culture connectivity – Act as a cultural scout for the studio, identifying emerging trends and creative partners that keep Client Experiences at the forefront of the industry

Required

10+ years of high-level copywriting and narrative experience within a leading creative agency, entertainment studio, or global brand
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field (or equivalent real-world mastery)
A deep portfolio that demonstrates a sharp, distinctive voice and the ability to command tone, shifting effortlessly between the wit of a Client series and the persuasive clarity of a marketing campaign
Expert at navigating a complex brand organization; able to distill high-level business priorities into provocative, consumer-facing narratives
Expert at creating messaging hierarchies that translate complex business goals into intuitive consumer journeys
Deep fluency in the modern digital landscape, with a proven ability to architect stories that travel seamlessly from social feeds to immersive physical environments
A sophisticated understanding of how to tailor copy for various platforms, from short-form social hooks to long-form editorial and onsite environmental 'Easter eggs.'
Sophisticated understanding of how copy functions differently at every stage of the funnel, tailoring the voice to drive 'Discovery' at the top and 'Conversion' at the bottom
Own the guest experience 'scripts' for Client House, ensuring that physical signage, programming descriptions, and environmental storytelling feel authentically Client
Effectively use narrative skills to present and sell creative concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in on the 'why' behind the words
Direct writers and external agency partners, providing clear editorial feedback and maintaining the highest standard of craft
Lead the narrative development for photoshoots and video captures; responsible for scriptwriting, interview questions, and on-set talent direction to ensure all captured content delivers on the campaign's storytelling objectives
Awareness of entertainment and social trends; you know what culture is talking about and how to respond
A proactive, self-starting approach to creative problem solving—constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve the work
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, even in a fast-paced environment where business needs evolve quickly
Strong interpersonal skills with a 'team-first' mentality, thriving in a multidisciplinary environment alongside Art Directors, Producers, and Strategists
