Responsibilities
Direct and oversee completion of project
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and Procurement Staff
Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Track PO's for materials and subcontractors, aligning delivery timelines with project milestones
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in Construction Management or Science, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in project management or relevant field
10 years experience as a Senior Project Manager
7-10 years experience as a Project Manager with projects ranging from $200k-100MM
Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
Strong communication skills
Experience with Supervising Project Managers
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
