Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks including agendas, meeting minutes, and project files
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and schedules
Liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners
Maintain and update all project documentation and reports
Handle financial tasks including expenses, invoices, and AP/AR
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to managers

Required
