Responsibilities
Lead and promote a positive work culture through Company Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, and Accountability
Prepare journal entries and financial analysis reports
Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and assist in the month-end close process
Record and apply cash and check receipts delivered to the corporate office
Invoice business partners and customers for miscellaneous revenues and reimbursements
Assist the byproducts sales process personnel by entering transaction data, updating sales documentation, preparing customer statements, and producing financial reports
Provide customer support in the byproducts sales process by answering customer phone calls and emails
Support the accounts payable department by processing invoices as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Junior or senior college student in the accounting or related field of study
Ability to lead and promote a positive work culture through Company Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, and Accountability
Ability to prepare journal entries and financial analysis reports
Ability to reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and assist in the month-end close process
Ability to record and apply cash and check receipts delivered to the corporate office

Ability to work extended days as workload requires
Ability to input and access information from the computer system, perform keyboarding functions, type and use the phone system
