Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects
Manage financial aspects of contracts
Perform takeoffs and price change orders & project related quotes
Work closely with Project Executive to ensure accurate tracking & financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Data Center experience
6+ or more years' of electrical construction project management experience with projects $20 million +
Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Allow, BIM360, MS Project, P6 and other industry standard software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
Hyperscale Data Center experience
