Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new PEO business within the small-to-midsize business (SMB) market (typically 10-200 employees)
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client needs across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance functions
Develop tailored proposals and ROI analyses that clearly demonstrate the value of partnering with our PEO
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Collaborate with internal onboarding and HR specialists to ensure smooth implementation for new clients
Represent the brand at local networking events, trade shows, and business associations across the Miami metro area
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling to small and midsize business owners and C-level decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
Preferred
3+ years of B2B sales experience (PEO, payroll, HR tech, insurance, or business services strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
Working knowledge of HR, payroll, or benefits administration is a plus
