They are seeking a highly motivated Funding Specialist to manage the funding process of contracts from dealers or contractors, ensuring efficient and accurate funding while maintaining professional relationships and productivity within the department.

Responsibilities
Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient funding of loan contracts
Work with dealers or contractors and financial service providers to provide professional customer service and develop and strengthen relationships
Work to maintain and increase productivity within the department
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and hard working. Must be able to handle multiple functions simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to successfully work in a team environment
Ability to make sound decisions and communicate decisions effectively
Willing to work on various projects as needed
Employment with Medallion Bank is contingent on passing both a background check and maintaining a clean background
Preferred
Experience in effective contract funding is a plus but not required
Loan processing or funding experience in a consumer credit environment preferred, but willing to train the right person
