Faxing, emailing, and uploading highly confidential documents
Packaging Adobe PDF for mailing
Downloading medical records
Generating appeal letter templates
Logging events on accounts in workflow system
Adding notes to accounts in hospital patient accounting systems
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent
Healthcare experience a plus
Strong multi-tasking skills
MUST possess strong computer skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
